IV. Analysis
& Results includes quantitative analysis at
the item and index level. We also offer a full program
in which employee survey results are linked to
customer loyalty results which can then linked to
bottom line business results via powerful structural
equation modeling. Results reports are typically
prepared for the organization overall as well as for
specific divisions or work groups.
V. Follow-up
may include action planning and implementation and a
survey re-administration in one to two year’s time.
