Adventure Based Training involves the use of games, problem solving exercises, trust activities, and high adventure ropes courses as part of an intentional change process based on the philosophy of experiential education.  

Adventure based training is a great way to build confidence in individual employees, and better cooperation and teamwork in your organization.  Our high and low ropes course exercises are tied to key learning objectives and are designed to improve creativity, trust, communication, decision-making, and problem solving skills within groups.  Our methods focus on key team and leadership skills such as listening, following directions, cooperation, diversity, patience, persistence.  Our highly trained staff will guide you through challenge and personal decisions within your comfort zone. 

 
 

 

 

The ability to over come challenge as a group can be a pivotal characteristic that can propel your organization towards its goals.  Our certified ropes course instructors will guide your corporate team through a series of low, mid, and high level exercises designed to challenge your team to find what it takes to overcome difficult obstacles.  Your team will progress through ground level icebreakers and physical barriers and ultimately onto our high (forty feet)  level obstacles; the cat walk, the cable walk, the wall climb, the slide for life, and more.  Strategic Organizational Solutions can integrate Adventure Based Training into your team building or executive leadership curriculum, and tie the objectives into a variety of traditional leadership content areas.
